Get the smaller cat to lay down on a piece of cloth, or play with it, or otherwise scent mark. Bring that home, see how larger cat reacts.
You can then use the more normal socialization methods of keeping them seperated (smaller cat in one room only) until they get more used to the scent and sound of each other.
Those are the two traditional methods, that if you search online you'll probably find. Likely there are more out there.
Just do it. Molly is never gonna give you her blessing, and she'll probably be really pissed for a while... but she WILL get over it. If people didn't have new babies, just because their toddlers thru fits about not being the baby anymore... then people would die off! Molly is more stubborn than your average cat, so she may really milk it for a while... but she'll come out for food and love eventually! Expect some serious pouting... but it will be ok!
I have never had cats but I had a friend rub tuna on both of them and lock them in the bathroom and they were best of friends afterwards. Sounds weird I know.
My 6 years old Choco hated it when we first brought not-quite-two-months old Tsuki home.
That was a month ago. Now they play like brother and sister, and Choco licks Tsuki as if she was his baby from time to time... cuuuuuuuuuuuute... I'm sure Molly will like cutie kitten after a while :) !
